Description:
1. In order not to damage the engine of the unit, do not use the starter motor for more than 30 seconds each time. After each start, wait at least 2 minutes.
Seal the engine immediately to prevent engine damage, and make sure the oil level in the sump is correct.
2. Do not idle for long periods of time.
Prolonged low idling over 10 minutes can damage the engine because the incinerator is so cold that the fuel will not burn properly.
This will cause carbon deposition around the injector orifice and piston ring and cause valve adhesion.
If the cooling fluid temperature of the generator is below 60℃, the unquenchable fuel will wash out the lubricating oil on the cylinder wall, and make the crankcase lubricating oil diluted, the dilution of the fuel will affect the character of smooth oil, and will damage the thought life, so we should try to shorten the idle time to avoid this situation.
